By accessing and using Remembered, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Remembered for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Privacy

Your use of Remembered is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the app and informs users of our data collection practices.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set annually.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled through the App Store. Please contact Apple support for refund requests.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
